*SP&C Asset is defined as any service, server, or platform managed or hosted by the SP&C Leadership. This includes but is not limited to our Discord servers, TeamSpeak servers, Game servers, or our website.

Section 1 - Global Rules
A - All Members, Staff, and Administration are expected to treat all server members with respect at all times.
B - Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the hangout. This includes via any channel within this Discord or via direct message between members.
C - No self promotion in any non-dedicated self promotion channel.
D - Don’t be dumb
E - No “special character” nicknames. All names should be able to be “pinged” without having to find your ID and ping it manually.
F - All members are expected to read and write in English, or be able to use google translate lol.
G - All members are required to be over the age of 14. While this isn’t checked on a regular basis, if an Admin+ suspects a member to be under this age, they may request verification or remove the member from the Discord with or without warning.
Y - All members are expected to follow Discord Rules/Guidelines at all times. You may be removed at any point if found to be breaking these guidelines within our discord server(s).


Section B - Content/Voice Rules
A - NSFW content is only allowed within the marked NSFW channels.
B - (Removed)
C - The usage of Homophobic, Racial, or any other offensive slurs towards a specific person or group is grounds for immediate removal. Opinions are fine, but we still require you to follow 1A at all times.
D - We do not condone or allow any illegal activity on any SP&C asset*.
E - Do not spam in text or voice. This includes (but is not limited to) repeated messages of the same nature, making obnoxious noises over voice, etc.


Section C - Abuse of Authority
A - Members or Staff that have special abilities (including, but not limited to) moving, disconnecting, changing nicknames, etc. should not abuse these abilities. Failure to abide by this rule will result in the removal of the role that grants these abilities.

“External” Discords & Bans
The SP&C “Brand” may oversee Discords outside of the Hangout discord. This includes FiveM, Rust, and partner discords. These servers have their own Moderation/Administration team. All bans from external Discords should be appealed through the specific servers’ process. In some extreme cases, you may be banned from ALL SP&C assets if you’re banned on a single discord, depending on the offense and person.

Admin/Mod Disclaimer(s)
Staff Members have the ability to remove any messages or content they see fit within reason. They have the ability to force disconnect users from voice, issue Discord “timeouts”, and more.

Administration Members have the authority to enforce any rule necessary to keep the Discord free from toxic or disruptive members, whether that rule is written or not.

Staff/Admin is a hangout-only role. All Staff/Administration are considered member equivalents in all external Discords.
